Shape your Board with PSR

We believe that a successful charity is one that has a dynamic Board that reflects your organisations values and diverse support base.  Making sure you have the right skillset can be tough, especially outside of London but we are here to help.  Working with you to get a full understanding of your organisations aims and objectives we will use our extensive networks to find you a Trustee who has the personal qualities and relevant experience to suit your charity’s needs.

How can PSR help you?

All our clients are unique so we tailor our service each time to meet your needs but we will always do the following:

  • We will always take a full brief so we can get a real understanding of your charity’s aims and your future strategy.
  • Write or edit Trustee job descriptions, application forms and place job advertisements
  • We will carry out a full search for the right Trustee who has the skills and experience to join your Board
  • We will interview all candidates prior to shortlisting
  • We will make all the arrangements for you to meet your potential Board member

Fees are based on the annual income of the charity and are paid once a successful introduction has been made.

Income over 1M – £1,000+VAT

Income under 1M – £500+VAT

Candidates, why become a Trustee?

Becoming a Trustee doesn’t need to be as arduous or as daunting as you might think.  Most likely you will need to attend 4 meetings a year and possibly get involved with a sub committee which will also have its own meetings. Being a Trustee will give you insight into the governance of an organisation and the opportunity to help shape its future, and you will sleep well at night knowing you will be making a difference.
